Hi, I’m Joy Bunde SHRM-CP — founder of Bend Payroll and Insurance Company, your go-to partner for all things payroll, HR, and insurance in Oregon and beyond!
With a background in Human Resources and a passion for helping small and medium sized businesses grow, I built this company to simplify the chaos. Whether it’s navigating employment law, running smooth payroll, fully staffed for whatever sized project you take on (we offer skilled temporary workers, as well) or making sure you’re fully protected with the right insurance—I’m your girl.
As a SHRM-CP, Certified Career Coach, and licensed insurance agent (Commercial, General Liability, Health, Property & Casualty), I combine expert-level knowledge with real-world business experience to give my clients white-glove service they can trust. I’m hands-on, detail-obsessed, and fiercely committed to helping you succeed.
Outside the office, I’m a bit of a biohacking nerd, a business builder at heart, and I never say no to a good hot yoga session or a great conversation over coffee.
